In Transylvania, a vampire scientist and his oafish assistant want a brain to transplant into a robot, and when Inspector Clouseau arrives at their castle asking for directions, they decide to use his brain. Clouseau flees, and they chase him around the countryside.

Somewhere in the heart of Transylvania, in remote villages, odd traditions are still present. When a young man traveling to Sibiu for a business meeting makes a wrong turn and gets lost, a surprising chain of events changes his path.

The nephew of a librarian must go collect a 200 year old book, "The Book of Ulthar." that should have never been checked out by the Evil Count Orlock cause one of the spells in it could bring about the end of the world. During his trip to the castle, he meets Marissa, a gorgeous rock star and heir to the castle's fortune. There they must confront the only other heir to the fortune and the book, Uncle Byron; and Uncle Byron and his 3 adopted nieces all have very, very, very broad smile.

They wanted a heavenly vacation, but instead found themselves in a Transylvanian hell.

On the run from a mysterious pursuer, a social outcast stumbles upon a young boy with a secret that will change both their lives.

Summer in Transylvania is a live action children's television programme which aired on Nickelodeon. The programme, originally called Freaky Farleys, was renamed Summer in Transylvania and was filmed in Hendon, London. It is Nickelodeon UK's first original TV series since Genie in the House. Re-runs will be shown on Nickelodeon on 25 June 2012, with new episodes starting on 9 July 2012. It was announced on 23 June 2012 that there will not be a second season of this show.
